Near the beach and Food Center

The room was spotless, the mattress comfortable and the bathroom, although small had good water pressure and temperature. Having a bathtub was a nice respite after staying in accommodations where the floor gets flooded when taking a shower. The location is steps away from the Haeundae beach and 5 minutes away from the main street with many bars and shops. Public transport is also minutes away. There are free lockers to store luggage on the ground floor.

We were checked in ahead of time (room keys and all) but confused about the fact we could not access the room (were turned down by a cleaning staff in the corridor). More clarity around this would be great. Many of the breakfast items were lukewarm or cold. Better food quality (bread was sandwich bread, for instance) and temperature control would elevate the breakfast experience.

The hotel is located just next to Haeundae beach. There are many good restaurants close to the hotel including Chakra, which I really liked for their hospitality and food.

The "free" breakfast provided by the hotel was really pathetic with very little choice for vegetarians.

The hotel location is good, close to the beach and within walking distance of a subway station. However, it takes an hour or more to travel to other parts of the city.

The front desk staff don't speak English and don't make an effort to understand non-Korean speaking guests. The room is very small and cramped. The elevators are very busy, and sometimes you have to wait a long time just to go up or down. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM, even though the dining room is full and it's not always possible to find a seat
