K Hotel Tianjin

The staff was so kind and thoughtful. I had asked ahead of time if they had gluten free breakfast options, which they did, and the person who took room numbers at breakfast time knew to let me know what was safe and what was not. I loved the sensibility behind the hotel design. The room was clean and comfortable, though perhaps others might have found it small. It was perfect for my needs though. The hotel is centrally located, though there was not a lot to do immediately nearby. Taxis/Ubers are reasonable though, and I had no issues.

Front staff is professional and helpful to all guests. They make sure that they understand everything that the guest has to say and provide the service accordingly. Language is not a barrier here.

Room cleaning service needs a bit of improvement.

maybe a little far from stations, but i took it as a good stroll :)
