The place is perfect! We came with a one-year-old baby and this is the place that gave us everything we wanted, isolation from the crowds, a private beach, private sun loungers, umbrellas, beautiful sea, pine forest in the background. Everything is close by car and even close on foot for those who like to walk and don't have a baby and additional equipment. As for the accommodation, 10/10, modern interior, neat, clean, we had everything from dishes, we had a Nespresso machine so we didn't have to bring our own (enjoy, you can bring your coffee to the beach). The bedding, towels and room were regularly maintained, the service from the staff (reception) is at the highest level, they are always there but you don't notice them, they were so kind that they pleasantly surprised me for my birthday with a bottle of white wine. Wi-fi that works flawlessly in the accommodation and on the beach. Well-maintained courtyard of the complex, available parking, wide streets, clean air, respect for house rules. It's worth every penny, as a mother who is quite demanding and a perfectionist, I had no complaints, the shower is right at the exit from the beach, our room overlooked the sea so I could take pictures and record the baby and husband bathing, enough space inside the accommodation, a large terrace not to forget the beach which is literally a few steps away from the accommodation! They deserved me to take the time and write such a long comment!

I liked everything

Beach is right in front of the apartment, 10 meters away and there is nothing between your balcony and the beach. I could hear my children talking in the balcony while I was swimming in the sea. Some sea shoes might be needy as entrance to the sea is with small stones. Still, neither us nor our children at ages 9-11 used any. For smaller children shoes will be good. Sea is nice and almost without any wind. But there is some sea grass spots in the sea. So it is not like tropical cristal clear, sand is with small rocks as well. The apartment is fairly equipped, not luxuries but mid range, cleanness and the apartment conditions are good value for money. Location makes the place exceptional.

There are some street dogs around they seem old and itchy. We did not feel comfortable. As all apartments are with balconies and packed in a small area, you can hear all voices. This is a family place with children, so do not expect very quite time in the apartment.

We loved our stay in Elpiniki. The apartments are very family oriented and the private beach was a big convenience. I wouldn't say the beach is amazing but when you are with children it's great. The apartment was equipped with everything that we needed and the personnel was very friendly and helpful.
