All the staff at The Old Lodge were extremely welcoming and attentive from arrival through to departure. Both rooms booked were clean and exactly as advertised. While there is a large restaurant-type room, we chose to eat in the bar area in the evening to enjoy the country pub atmosphere. Both our evening food and breakfast were excellent.
The wifi was intermittent in both bedrooms, but workable.
