Treebo Sai Suites Inn Nagavara

Nice

Surroundings

Location was right opposite Manyata Tech Park, so walking distance from office. It was also close to food joints. The room was fairly clean and the service was satisfactory. Breakfast was served in the room and while the options were limited, it served the purpose. Value for money

Breakfast could have been in the canteen vs in the room. There was no attempt by staff to upsell in terms of offering food choices in the evening. There was just one lift, and it was a bit cramped

The room is clean. It is located near the highway.

The kettle provided for making hot water was very dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. Please ensure that the kettle is cleaned properly and maintained hygienically. Cups and glasses should be kept ready inside the room for guests’ convenience. The staff were very slow in responding, and we had to wait a long time after ordering food. Kindly improve the service speed and ensure that orders are served promptly. Also, please provide more milk powder sachets along with the room amenities.
