It was very warm and cosy and the flat was spotless, it felt very homely
Just a couple of small things like the TV table legs were wobbly their was a small leak on the towel rail in the bathroom

The apartment was comfortable and in an excellent location with lovely sea views.
Everything was great, the only improvement I would suggest is the distance away the key collection and drop off point is from the apartment. This is located behind the Kylestrome hotel and so is a bit out of the way especially when arriving by train.

Location was good as was parking, Staff went out their way to deliver another parking voucher
Shower head was dirty and put us all off using the shower. Fridge was broken and water in the bottom. Standard lamp in livingroom did not work and windows overlook sea require to be cleaned
