Location, spacious room and clean. Staff very friendly. Outdoor terrace area and access to social space all evening.
Our mistake for not reading details properly but no tea coffee, kettle in your room and no tv, meaning you had to go to top floor to use kettle. Coffee only available during breakfast time. Communal kitchen, social space. You have access to fridge with personal key but wasn’t clear to us on check in.

I really liked the common space up on the roof. We had a baby with us, and our Zurich trip was made easier by having that beautiful common space.
We both had nice rooms and bathrooms, and we also loved the fact that it was a short walk to the main Zurich train station.

Good location.
Room was very nice and clean, bed very comfortable.
Breakfast was limited, but good for starting the day.

The rooftop area is pretty cool, and the reception staff are friendly.
I got a dark and very noisy room. Music was playing outside the window until late in the evening. The church bells rang every 15 minutes. The trams were the loudest — I woke up early because of the noise. Earplugs were provided, but they didn’t help much.
The reception hours are very inconvenient.
The location of the guesthouse is questionable for a women-only place. There are a lot of sketchy people around, and I didn’t feel safe walking in the area.
