The Kings Arms

The Hotel was lovely. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. We both enjoyed our staff and felt welcome.

More coffee pods and sweeteners in the room. A hairdryer would be good in the room too.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are a little on the small size but clean and very good bathrooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Nav. Had dinner one night and it was very good.

Rooms are a little small. Bed is almost wall to wall.

The Room was lovely, well put together, everything you would want from a proper pub with rooms. Location of the pub was also perfect to walk into town etc. Dinner was a little bit expensive but no complaints on the quality of food. That is also true for the breakfast.

The only thing didn't like was the uncertainty around the room getting cleaned and turned over, we left for the day and thought that the towels would be changed and bed made etc, it wasn't. I wasnt sure if that was due to the timing of us leaving, however i did then notice a small door label on the back of the door stating if you want "room to change" or do not disturb. It was fine but not very clear that we were suppose to put that out.

Not too much. We’re not offered a parking permit.

Very noisy, lots of stains on carpet, windows in desperate need of painting, toilet often didn’t cut off
