Opinie

8.3 / 10

Amazing villa with wonderful staff that made our stay magical .. just a shame about the rat problem.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa just before Christmas and loved out time in Bali. We were met by the lovely Villa staff who were a real highlight of our time in the property, nothing was too much for any of them. The girls were wonderful with the children and the food they cooked was as good as and a lot of the time better than the expensive restaurants in the area. Facilities are second to none with the pool and the grounds being outstanding and the villa is very well appointed.

We only have 1 complaint (1 and half really). There was a real problem with Rats at the Villa, there were two that came out at night and raided the bin, kitchen and anything else they could find. When we informed the villa manager he said he would place traps but nothing happened, after asking again we had the same response. Not a great outcome and a real shame as otherwise it's an amazing property! The half complaint is minor, but worth a mention, the AC units in the 3 main bedrooms are small and under powered for the size of the room so the rooms never really get that cold, just a small problem that could be solved with some fans in the rooms.
