Breakfast was good, also the location was very nice and the view was great. I liked the hosts a lot, they were very nice!

Wonderful location with a panoramic view of Caucasian mountains. Very neat rooms and the whole property is well-kept. The owner is very friendly. We felt at home. The property is located in a walking distance from the town centre and a supermarket. Also, it is located next to the heads of picturesque tourist trails.
Everything was perfect. However, it should be taken into consideration that there is no washing machine in the apartment. It is possible to ask the host to wash the laundry for a separate fee.

The owner was very intelligent, warm person who to great care to make us welcome. The view was wonderful, the location was close to may attractions. There are great restaurants, museum, and hiking nearby.
It was the off season and the weather was cold and rainy.
