Ibis Styles Heraklion Central

Staff were so helpful and kind. Hotel was comfortable and clean and great beds. Good selection on breakfast buffet

Nothing

The hotel was very comfortable and cozy with walking distance to the port and old city. Overall experience was great from the moment we arrived at the front desk: kind and hospitable staff, smooth check-in process, recommendations, room view and comfort. The room itself had a great view to the sea side of the city. It had a nice balkony where we could have some tea of coffee in the morning. So I would say that the room was pretty solid and well-organized, with pretty much everything a good hotel would provide. It definitely had a feeling of a place where you could rest after long travel or a eventful day in comfort. Breakfasts were very tasty, with fresh greek food. We will definitely return back to this place once again.

parking just aside with daily rates

Location in a city centre, good breakfast

The windows were extremely dirty, I believe it wasn’t cleaned for years, it was hard to see the outside
