We were greeted by a young lady very pleasant. We were only staying here for one night as our trip has come to an end. Super quiet and clean. A few minutes away from Mc Donald’s, Ulew and other locals. You could see the volcano as soon as you come out the room on the second floor. Beautiful plants surround the edge of the second floor. The rooms were colorful and very spacious. We were having some issues with the tv and Samuel was very attentive and helpful.

Extremely clean, great kitchen facilities, and a wonderful location. Staff were excellent very helpful..
There seemed to be loud music playing outside the property which kept me awake. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but it impacted my stay slightly.

It is a great hotel according to its price. I really liked the location, super centric, easy to find and really good customer service if you need anything.

Beautiful location, rooms are very simple but functional. Rooms are clean.
Staff is not always super accomodating/friendly. Can hear a lot of noise from outside room and with neighbors. Hot water didn't work super well.
