Located near many restaurants, places to shop, and sites to see.
It was hot during our visit. Make sure you use the metal shutters to keep the heat down during the day in the late summer months.

We loved the location. Right on the central square of Montalivet with every facility one needs - cafes, bakeries, fruit shop, supermarkets, hairdressers, fishmongers, laundrette, restaurants, clothes repair, even a computer shop.
Easy walk to City of Arts & Sciences and a little further to Oceanografic. Wonderful.
Buses to the old town right outside the door or walk 5 minutes or so to catch the brand new number 10 tram.
Not much, a few maintenance issues with the building but these got sorted out.
