La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa

We loved this property where we stayed for 3 nights during our trip to Hoi An. It’s a nice sized resort with 2 restaurants and several pools. We stayed in the junior suite which was spacious and well appointed with all the amenities needed with a balcony overlooking the infinity pool and the countryside. The breakfast served was excellent, combining both western and local fare. The restaurants too were good and we dined there on multiple occasions, including availing of the happy hours. The property was remarkably well kept and the staff without exception were professional, friendly and helpful. In particular, Hang, the young lady from customer relations was a delight. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, ironing out issues and ensuring that we had a great experience. We hope to return here for a longer stay.

It was odd to have a bathtub outside the bathroom in the hall in our room. Also the location is about 15-20 minutes walk from the town and provision of shuttle services at more frequent intervals would be nice. Currently they provide it three or four times with huge gaps in between.

The pools, the breakfast, the styling and staff

Nothing really. Only complaint was there could be more space around the bathroom sink for toiletries.

Great hotel, great staff and great location!

Room was a little loud early in morning. The room was also missing and full length mirror.

This property is best suited for those who plan on staying by the pool and relaxing. Although you can walk into the ancient town, the walk is very dangerous. Most sidewalks are blocked forcing pedestrians into the street with the cars and motorbikes. Our suite was comfortable. Bathroom was strange. Separate toilet room. Separate shower room. Rest of bathroom was open the the main room. Staff was friendly but we had very little interaction with staff. Breakfast was ok. There was plenty of choice.
