Mélanie was a fantastic host and gave really clear instructions for check-in and check-out.
The location is incredible and the apartment is a lovely size. We had a great stay.
The air-conditioning could be a bit more powerful on very hot nights, and the second bedroom doesn't have air-con, so it was quite warm during the summer heat.
We saw other reviews mention the stairs, whilst they were fine for us, it would be worth keeping in mind if you have any mobility concerns.

Location was perfect, right on the cours mirabeau, close to everything; apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable; kitchen was big enough for 2 people to cook in
Air conditioning was not great

the location is wonderful, on cours mirabeau
the bed is comfy
good amenities
no lift, with three steep flights of stairs, if you have heavy bags, not a great idea
the ceilings are low, I knocked my head a few times on the ceiling beams
not enough toilet paper provided
checkout requires taking your trash out the building without very clear instructions. also the check out instructions state stripping all laundry.
