- Inside the room, each bunk bed were seperated by the wall, giving you more privacy and space. - Free locker with key were provided outside the room, monitor by CCTV.

During night time, you need to knock the door and get the security to open the door. (Same as going out) He might not happy if you in and out too often as he will be sleeping at the couch.

It was very close to tube stations and shops and within walking distance to ally pally. It was basic but had all I needed for one night. It was clean and there were never any queues for the shared toilet/shower. I felt safe staying there.

Might be a good idea to put a door code or key fob for entry to the building as we did have to wait a good few minutes for someone to answer the door. The traffic outside is very loud, thin walls and windows. This can't be helped but something to bear in mind when booking.

Brilliant location - visiting my child who is is student halls, just round the corner. Very friendly staff, very positive and vibrant hostel experience, relaxed, practical, generous. Felt quiet and safe (a free locker was provided). Yes, sleeping in a dorm is a gamble - and one night one guy snored very badly, but that can happen. Also, if the room was fully booked it may be more of a challenge, but we were, I think, only four (out of possible 12). The price was amazing. There is a nice cafe / bar in the back. Staff friendly, hard working, all good. Bunk beds comfy and very clean.

Nothing, I really enjoyed the experience - and felt like a student or backpacker myself! When booking one needs to be pragmatic and realistic what to expect, but for me, it was really fun
