I chose this accommodation for the location and that was great. I've stayed in a different apartment in the same building before, so had a rough idea of what to expect. It was a reasonable price for central(ish) Rome.
There were no staff on site. I had to ring for help with accessing the key. The room was small and a bit shabby. It was not as good as my previous stay, which was on a different floor and a different provider.

Room was cleaned daily even though we were only there for a few days. Lovely and spacious
Shower was very weak and the room did differentiate from the advertised photos

The staff was very responsive to any requests, no complaints there. The location is pretty nice, within one hour of all the major attractions.
It did not feel like 'luxury'. The shower head was very dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and there was mold in the bathroom. Also having the room right behind the reception meant there was almost constant noise.
