The property was very clean and comfortable. It’s not too far from the station, but not too close either, which makes the area nice and quiet. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, so it’s easy to buy food and other essentials. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. During my stay, the host, who is also the guesthouse owner, played the violin and piano beautifully during breakfast and chatted with us. It made my stay feel very special and memorable. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but they were very clean. My room was spacious, with two beds and a sofa, and I found it very comfortable. The location is also convenient, as you can easily walk to the outlet mall nearby for shopping and meals. Overall, I feel this was one of the best-value stays I’ve had in Karuizawa. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. 100% recommended!

It's a cozy b&b with friendly staff. Just bear in mind that you won't have an ensuite bathroom/shower and toilet. But they have a 'reservation' system to make things convenient. The amenities - like kettle, etc - are sufficient, and the place is well cleaned. Depending on the guests, it may get a bit noisy (if there are kids playing in the hall, for example), but that can't be helped. I thought it was a comfortable b&b and good value, at a location near the Prince shopping center.
