Great location for public transport and the walk into the centre was only about 5 to 10 minutes. Super comfy bed and clean, quiet room. Lovely upstairs bar and lounge area in the hotel. Although there was no kettle in the room, there was a galley room on each floor stocked with tea, coffee etc and an excellent quality tap dispensing boiling water, so you could make your own.
The only reason we gave a 9 instead of a 10 was that the shower drainage needs looking at as it unfortunately overflowed. Apart from that a great hotel ;-)

The room was clean and the staff were fantastic.
Quite expensive, for example breakfast was 24 euros per person.

Smaller bed than the Rome Ruby hotel, just a standard queen here.

Location is very good, property is clean
After hours of travelling I really didn’t like the online check in process with loads of questions and initiating your own room keys. Breakfast also felt void of service. Overall it felt like the aim of the whole stay was minimal staff to customer interaction which is strange for a hospitality business who’s primary role is to look after travellers.
