Maison D’hôtes Coignet

La maison est charmante et joliment rénovée, Catherine est adorable, serviable et à l'écoute. Le propriétaire de la maison a de la chance de l'avoir. Le petit déjeuner est varié, les chambres sont très propres, nous recommandons vivement. Parfait pour du repos ou du travail, plus agréable qu'un hôtel classique et central. Nous retenons l'adresse.

Really, really nice, smiley and efficient women in a beautiful house. The room was big and airy and breakfast also was very good.

Our bed creaked a little, just a small detail!

The location is a good spot to explore either the north of south of the island as it is well connected to main roads. The rooms were clean enough.

The room descriptions on Booking.com are a total shambles. You don't get the room you think you are getting if you book directly on the website. We arrived in darkness at the agreed hour only to find the entrance gate locked. We had to deal with beggars trying to find the entrance, which turned out to be the locked gate. Inside the room itself, the floorboards were ridiculously squeaky in the room and the bath, one reason for paying for a nicer room was out of order! In addition, payment for this booking was supposed to be taken in advance was supposed to be taken in advance but wasn't. Finally, information on the access to the swimming pool on the Booking.com website was and and still is (as 7th May) wrong.
