Location was perfect for walking to different areas.

Very nice property perfectly located at the Ponte Vecchio. A Parking garage is next to the facility that will sort you ZTL entry. The host has superb communication. Google Maps kept sending us to the wrong location, but the host responses were immediate and she helped ensure we arrived.

Great location, very secure, good sized room. Air-conditioned, which was appreciated on a hot Florence evening. Very good comms.
Missing a few simple things like a kettle and some basic utensils needed to eat in.

Good and central location and easy check in instructions.
The washroom was a bit dated. We were also without electricity and hot water for about the last 24 hours of our stay which was very inconvenient.
