Incontestablement l’emplacement, proche de tout er belle vue.

Un peu de rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu (murs, vitres) également revoir le débit d’eau au lavabo de la salle de bain et pas d’eau chaude ni de débit à la cuisine.

Fantastic location. Nice and clean, good sized bedroom.

On the third floor with no lift. A couple of pieces of chipped and cracked crockery. Although I only booked for two of us we were sharing a bed. When I asked about the bedding for the sofa a bed a very useful chap helped on the out of hours number however I received an email the following day to say £25 would be deducted from our £200 security deposit. I thought £25 was a little over the top for washing a set of bedding.

The area, very close to everything

The 200£ deposit seems excessive and honestly, it is very hidden on the add of the property in Booking. On top of that, there were damages on the property for which we were very concerned and stressed that it can be charged to us (i took photos just in case). It was cold in Edinburgh therefore we had the heating on, the noise of the heating was so loud that it was hard to have a proper sleep. To add that the water pressure was very low, specifically in the bathroom. The shower had very little warm water to shower ( it was already cold) and the sink had practically no water at all (either warm or cold).
