The pub is very friendly and cozy. The room was comfortable, especially the bed! The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The Dirty Bottles is in the middle of Alnwick which is great for visiting the town, castle and surrounding area.
The only thing I would have changed was the lack of a separate directional shower head. It just had a rainfall shower.

Location was great, really close to the centre. Room was quiet (apart from bathroom fan)
Bathroom had bad drain smell and bath fan was very loud and long. Mattress wasn’t the comfiest for us personally and the bed frame was very oddly shaped for the space, we kept stubbing toes and couldn’t lean back against the headboard for reading before bed ect.
Breakfast was standard chain breakfast, nice but nothing to write home about.
