I am so glad I found this B&B. It's so handy for RGU, easy to get to on foot/bike or by bus. It's comfortable and easy to figure out where things are. My room was ideal - a comfortable bed, desk for studying, plug sockets in useful places, a sink! It was very quiet when I stayed so wasn't disturbed by other noises (other than a small bit of noise from the main road outside). Best thing is having access to a fridge and microwave - so helpful if you're travelling and need to store things etc. Owner Irene was very communicative.
The road out the front was a little bit noisy but i'm a pretty good sleeper so it wasn't really a problem.

Clean on bus route not far from places I wanted to go. Near nice walk along by river. Quite. Nice temperature in the room.
Hard to make out the combination to get key on first night as it was dark a bit dark in that corner.

Good value for money. Simple room but comfortable
Coffee out of date for over a year, eggs out of date for a month. No staff every day
