Clean, great location.

Czyste i ładne pokoje + łazienka. Komplet wyposażenia kuchni.

Brak wymiany ręczników (byliśmy na 4 noce i czytaliśmy o codziennej wymianie ręczników). Uszkodzony czajnik w kuchni. Późny kontakt ze strony właścicielki w sprawie opłaty miejscowej.

Great location walking distance to the old town and historical sites. Room clean and bed comfortable. No one in person at reception so make sure to follow online check in instructions at least 24 hours prior to avoid any issues. It’s up three flights of stairs or remember to bring coins for the lift which are needed at certain times of the day.

Shower head kept falling.

The location was very central and convenient, and the staff on the phone were kind and helpful

Starting with the online check in, which requires you to upload photos of your documents and yourself with your documents, and since there’s no one on site, you’re forced to do it online in order to access the property. Also, at some oddly specific times, you have to pay 20 cents to use the elevator. Then, then room itself was at some point nicely renovated but it seems that since then it hasn’t been taken care of. Cleaning is done only once every 3 days and it tells (ie. dusty furniture). Finally, we were counting on free and on site luggage storage (the description didn’t say it was at additional charge), but not only was at an extra cost, it’s located 1 or 2 subway stations away. In general it felt more like an impersonal start-up than an accommodation service
