In fact the location is quite convenient. There are two subway stations nearby. They are not too close, but can easily walk in less than 10 minutes. Cost is reasonable and hence good value for money.
Nothing that I can think of.

Host was very nice, comfortable beds and pillows, host let us use the washing machine and dryer!!
The location wasn’t central Osaka, balcony door rattled through the night.

The owner was very nice and helpful when I asked to leave my bags for the day. The bathroom was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The walk from the metro is about 10 minutes with 7-11 nearby.

It was just okay because there was not much of an option for me that day. The host lady is very helpful and nice. She was not Japanese but she did not let me feel any language barrier. Also she sent all details well in advance in English.
The room was very small. The bed was so small that only one person can sleep. But the worst part was someone was coughing all night in the other room and it felt that person is sitting right next to the window. I do not know if it was another room from same accommodation, just separated by a window or was it the room on the side.
