Small room! But great for what we needed

Room is lovely and efficient, warning not a lot of floor space in the smaller rooms. Great location and friendly enthusiastic staff. Lounge on the fifth floor is useful.

No welcoming space at the entrance and elevator starts up a flight of stairs. No restaurant on site, you can walk to the affiliated restaurant for a good break. In a busy part of town so expect some evening noise.

The Hotel is a listed building and most of the Hotels on the street are too , but this Hotel has managed to put in a lift, in, you have to climb a few steps first with your suitcase which is not steep at all before locating the lift. Most rooms will have some sort of city view. The Hotel has a comfortable bed with a large tv. You have an open wardrobe with only 6 hangers but you make do, bath room has a shower toilet and a sink and is lovely and clean. The Hotel on arrival gives you a code to get in and out and also a key code for your room so no keys or key card needed. Just take a picture of the codes for reference. This Hotel is in the middle of every attraction you would like to see, turning left or right does not matter. The Grand walk front Plaza is around. 5 to 10 minutes walk. Boat trips are available to book to look at monuments . We did the hop and off bus which took us to Belem which is a must to see. Staff here are amazing and make your stay feel very warming and welcoming , English speaking too.

I have nothing to say negative about the Hotel.
