The location works great for us. We stayed for attending the Anarella ballet institute, and the apartment is 5min. Walk to there. Also, some nice grocery stores are in 5min. Walking distance.
The whole apartment is sparkly clean, spotless. The manager lady Paula was the gem. She is an extraordinary cleaner, I was amazed how thoughtful, hardworking, and proper lady Paula is.
Sometimes, something smelled bad. It is not about the property, since the sent came from outside.
