Good ambience. Very spacious lobby. The variety of dishes and especially the breakfast is so tasty. Rooms are comfortable and spaces
The receptionist girls are not good and welcoming. Particularly not smiling....they have to improve their passion

Clean and excellent food! Ganga helped me put sari on, she was too kind!! Roof top pool and gym also good, quiet so could use any machines. Views of Chennai were amazing!
No complaints!

Location is great. Good Breakfast and great coffee.
The rooms are clean, but they feel damp and musty, with a very noticeable moldy/musty smell. While the cleanliness itself was not an issue, the persistent odor can be unpleasant and may aggravate allergies or respiratory sensitivities. We reported the smell, and the hotel kindly changed our room, but unfortunately, the replacement room had the same musty odor as well. The odor catches on the clothes too.
