Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·paź 2026
This hotel was great. The room was comfortable, and I liked that it was all inclusive.
The hotel is extremely close to the airport and the city Center.
The highlight of the property remains the staff; all of them were kind and helpful. Special mention to Hasna from the public relations desk who offered to arrange for a birthday cake to be delivered to my friend’s room on her actual birthday.
I’m not sure this qualifies as a “didn’t like” but the food and the cocktails were just okay. The hairdryer in the room was weak, and I did note the lack of bathrobes.

The staff was impeccable specially Akram and Wadoud
The bed was old

Nice common areas with nice rooms, they organize fun activities and events for guests, staff is super friendly!
Some minor things that show that the place has been lived in, for example our shower head was a bit damaged, but nothing major. Just small details like that.

Room and bed - although it stank of drainage for 2’of the 3 days
Noise between rooms and above. Heard everything- very poor insulation!
Bar and drink selection - birds nesting in restaurants - poor bar food - too busy - no space in restaurants- tables so close - very noisy
