Location to Colosseum was fabulous, room comfortable & plenty eating places nearby. Being able to leave luggage prior to check in was great too.
A photo of the entrance door in the confirmation email would’ve been helpful as there’s only a very tiny name sticker which is easy to miss. Extra cost if use the air conditioner.

Great location - close to the Colosseum and walking to town. It did provide anything we needed for 2 days, and room was also cleaned which was good.
Not sound proof (bring your ear plugs), shared bathroom was quite often dirty (although likely just due to others staying) and single beds were uncomfortable (quite small).

Location was good and staff also friendly
If there is an iron it would be good as well. Others are good

We loved our room with a little balcony and pen shower. Was very clean and pleasant. The host is very friendly and helpful and helped us settle in after a very long flight.
We really like the cool vintage lift in the property too, it added real charm and Italian character.

"I loved that the property was just a few minute walk to the Colosseum, and in the heart of Rome. Located in a beautiful neighborhood."
