All good

We rented the apartment. The apartment is large but the furnishings are a little outdated. We didn't use the kitchenette, which looked functional. The room was clean as was the bathroom. We had a large outdoor patio which looked across Taoromina and onto Etna which is spectacular, but the area itself needs to be better maintained (eg: garden better tended) so as you might actually sit out there and use it more. It has a pool but the area is not that inviting. Breakfast is great and served on the terrace looking out onto Etna. It is walking distance but down a steep hill to the town, was not an issue for us, but something to be aware of. Taking a bus back up to the apartment is easy and cheap. Has limited parking available on site, but it isn't cheap. Value for money I would say is right on the edge, but given Taoromina can be pretty expensive I would probably say it is ok..

I think an upgrade on the furnishings would make a bid difference. It has parking onsite but had to pay for that

Fantastic view from the balcony of Etna and the sea. Facilities were great and the staff were exceptionally helpful.
