Good location

Clean

Quiet and cool, in the Art Nouveau area. Safe as houses. Facilities great. Washing machine and drying apparatus ensured a complete reset half way through holiday. Practical and well supplied kitchen area. Short walk to old town. Maps and instructions well considered.

The apartment was in a perfect place, nice neighborhood, 15 minutes from the old town. The price is very reasonable for a small group of friends. The place is well equipped and tidy.

The bedroom seemed comfortable but the two couch beds weren’t the best. The self check in worked out fine, but there was a bit of confusion with the inner lockbox.

Wonderful apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the Old Town, the railway and bus stations, which made it easy to travel not only around Riga but also to the nearby towns. There are pizzerias, restaurants, and mini supermarkets right in the neighboring buildings. The apartment itself is warm, very clean, with a great water pressure and no unpleasant smells. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. What’s also important — the windows face the courtyard, so it’s very quiet, even though the building is on a busy street. All the host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking and making coffee — there’s even a coffee machine. Having a washing machine (with detergent provided) was very convenient too. Clothes dried overnight, even though we stayed in November.
