The location was very convenient for my needs, and the apartment had everything necessary for a short stay.
The cleanliness could definitely be improved, and the apartment would benefit from some maintenance and small upgrades. With a little more attention to these details, it could be a much nicer place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment (I stayed in AP 42). Everything was clean, there were all the necessary utilities, and there was plenty of space in the room. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and comfortable.
There wasn’t anything particularly spectacular, but I think it is a very great option if you are looking for a modern apartment in a convenient location. There is a park about 2 minutes away, a Shop&Go around 3 minutes away, Vulcan Shopping Centre nearby, as well as two large supermarkets. City centre is not far away which was very convenient aswell.
The owner was very polite and always replied to my messages very quickly, which I really appreciated. I gonna add some pics of the apartment during my stay
A few things to be aware of: there was no frying pan in the kitchen, (but there were two typical pans) no kitchen towel, and no sugar. There was also no mosquito net on the kitchen window, which can be a bit inconvenient during the summer. The kitchen itself is quite small and there is no dining table. This was not a problem for me, as it is already mentioned in the apartment description, but it may be worth keeping in mind if you prefer a larger kitchen or need a dining area.

Great apartment and cheap price. Two double beds and a double sofa bed so we all had lots of room. Neighbours were very quiet. Shops across the street. Overall pleased with our stay.
The apartment block didn’t have a sign and we weren’t sure we were at the right address when arriving. The air con wasn’t the best, it took a few hours to cool the room so best to switch it on asap.
