Ocean Park Hotel, Premium Suites & Wellness

Spacious, lovely room, it wasn't too busy but hotel staff Morad provided good company and managed to accommodated my desire for Vegan food, although not on menu.

No complaints

We spent over 2 weeks using Ocean Park as base for our travel arround Morocco and it was very, very good decision. Perfectly located close to beach, but also to roads leading outside the city, with really nice apartment, big enough for 4 people to stay there. I have to add here that people in hotel hepled us to give birthday cake in the morning, during breakfast to surprise our kids which went fantastic! Their help with organizing it was crucial and well appreciated.

Only two things, but one if a matter of personal opinion. Beds - they were quite hard as for my family, so if you like more firm ones, you will like them. Also they say room for 4, but to be honest beds are for 3 (3rd one sleep on a sofa anyway and you can fit there 2 persons buuuuut ... it is not that freat). Breakfasts - they are okay, you can find something tasty for everyone, buuuuuut for our whole stay it was exactly the same every day, so for longer stays it can become ... not so great.

location is far from the main promenade you can get there, but its a bit of a walk and also no food places nearby. the properties restaurant food is overpriced, i paid those prices at premium 5 star hotels. deserts were not available when requested even though its listed on the menu. they tell you only ice creams (magnum , cornetto etc) are available. no glasses in the room or Tea cups, room 009 aircon didnt work and no kettle. TV of room 007 can be heard in 008 as if you were watching on your TV. i had to ask front desk to actually go into the room and switch off the tv because it would automatically come on at odd times with the volume at 99 and no one in the room. pool/snooker table has 2 que's 1 broken in half other has no tip, the foos ball table is rusted and no grease or oil showing no usage. the room i booked on website was
