The location was excellent, close to a variety of restaurants- our room opened onto a piazza so there was no road noise just a piano playing in the evenings which was nice to listen to. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good having a variety of each morning

The air conditioning had a couple of problems with working properly but when mentioned to the manager he fixed it immediately

Location was very central, staff helpful with recommendations. The coffee at the breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was really unhealthy, only white bread and a lot of sweet cakes. Sugary juice. Some yoghurts but not at all like the pictures, no eggs/cooked food/whole grain bread/fruit etc. Room smelled really bad like bad breath, felt like there was problems with moist/Mold. No filter on the AC that was placed right next to the bed on floor level, only some rooms had AC higher up. Shower quite disgusting as pipes were blocked and water came up the drainage. No personal check in, and impossible to get hold of on WhatsApp and via phone. Ended up having to stand outside over 1 hour until a neighbour hostel came by and helped us check in. Would recommend staying with another hotel in the building :)
