Alma Suites Madrid CH

Maria was an exceptional host! She welcomed us personally upon arrival, took the time to walk us through the city, and shared a fantastic curated list of places to visit and eat. She was always available and responded instantly whenever we had a question. She even went above and beyond by providing a Madrid transportation card for us to use and return during our stay, which was incredibly helpful. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean—delivering a true 5-star hotel experience, if not better! The location is amazing, close to everything, and set in a wonderful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our host Maria was delightful and couldnt be more welcoming and helpful. The location gave us plenty of options to explore and easy access to bars, restaurants and attractions. You are amongst the local neighbourhood

New and Very clean, location, ac worked well, bed was comfortable and showers worked great. Maria was very helpful with suggestions for sight seeing and restaurants. Would love to stay again if we visit Madrid.

Nothing

Maria was most helpful when we arrived supplying much information about the city and how best to get around. The apartment was very well equipped and clean. Good air conditioning was good and rooms very comfortable.

There is no window in the main sitting area and this gave the apartment a slightly claustriphobic feeling.
