As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I tend to pay close attention to the details—and Paradise Perfect Ooty truly impressed me. It is easily one of the best and most family-friendly hotels in Ooty. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel right at home. Every single staff member is exceptionally humble, warm, and attentive, ensuring seamless service throughout our stay. A special mention goes to their complimentary breakfast—it was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared! If you are planning a trip to Ooty, I personally and strongly suggest booking your stay at Paradise Perfect. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Nice for family occasion

It’s okay, considering what you’re paying for. Since it was a last-minute booking and I couldn’t find anything better, I went ahead with whatever was still available on Booking.com. That said, the staff were very polite, and the property was reasonably clean.

The geyser was honestly a very disappointing experience. Since August mornings in Ooty are quite cold, having a properly functioning geyser should be a basic necessity. The water would run out after barely half a bath, and then we had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for it to heat up again. This was extremely inconvenient, especially in the cold Ooty weather. For the price being charged, I definitely expected better facilities and a more reliable hot-water supply.
