Lovely gardens and centrally located.

Limited breakfast, food and coffee wasn't always hot. No blinds in bathroom and we were at the front of the hotel.

The property is in a great location, next door to the Thames and with extensive gardens. Facilities are very good and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is basically in the centre of Abingdon, which is a few minutes walk away.

A beautiful property from the outside but in need of a real update on the inside. It was however, very clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

The decor lets the place down…..there isn’t any! Such a shame because it is such a lovely property. Some art and more appropriate furniture would make the interior more welcoming.

Fabulous historic property, in a central but picturesque location. Room was clean and had a nice supply of toiletries and hot drinks.

Car park small, we had to park away from property. Lots of internal stairs/through several doors to get to the room with luggage, no assistance offered and anyone with mobility/health issues would struggle. Room and bed size was not adequate for two adults. Bed was hard, as were the pillows. Fire alarm directly above the bed was flashing all night. Room overheated once occupied and the fan was broken, no air con. Shower was small, as a slight but tall person, I could not bend in the shower when I needed too, a larger person may not fit. No shelving in the bathroom for toiletries.
