The apartment exceeded our expectations- the location was wonderful, views of the lake were incredible and Luigi was very helpful in giving us information and telling us all about the area.
We have no complaints.

We enjoyed starting and ending each day relaxing on the window seat and taking in that incredible view. Perfect location. Our host, Luigi, met us in the piazza and showed us around the property and was always available.

Excellent communication from the host. Luigi met me at the property and was very helpful in explaining the facilities and provided some useful tips regarding local restaurants. The property really does have a wow factor, is modern throughout and has a magnificent view from the large picture window.
Poor water pressure in the shower and bad smell in the bathroom.
There seems to be a drainage issue at the property which made the bathroom smell of sewage (possibly coming from the shower drain). This has to be a known issue and was not mentioned to us on arrival. The smell became quite bad and prevented us from using the shower. A real shame considering the high price of the property.
