Lina Point Belize Overwater Resort

It is a unique facility over the water that offers Private Huts with small pools, then the Bldg has rooms with balconies over the water with a community pool . Staff is amazing. Everything from the accommodations to the Staff ( Catherine and Ledesia (sp) which gave a personalized feeling to the stay. Lagoon side so no sargassum. Golf carts driving to your private Huts or the Bldg gave it another touch as well . I went off season and felt able to enjoy without the crowds. I WILL BE BACK !!!!!! U have been warned!! We had a villa, not to be confused with the over water huts. Villa 41 does not have a pool but is a large home with fully stocked kitchen. Ample towels and linens Great beds and showers are good The back faces the water but not the beach More or an intercostal water way

We thought the house had a pool from the booking site but the hotel did have a shared one

Delicious breakfast. Front desk Brittany was very accommodating and sweet went out her way to make us drinks at the pool. Bar tender and breakfast chefs were very nice!

On site restaurant closed early and the facility was about a mile to walk downtown. Rooms were run down and poor internet service. No tv channels available in the rooms. Regular rooms were small missing bedside table. Bungalow rooms were more impressive. Pool was nice with a small bar which unfortunately closed too early.
