Beautiful, well maintained property with a gorgeous view of the marsh Even with the hot temperatures we enjoyed the breeze on the back deck while star gazing. Close enough to the beach but tucked away in a peaceful spot. The home was welcoming and more than comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. None of us wanted to leave!

Hidden Gem! Had so much fun spending our time in Wells here. Beautiful rental and worth the money

This place was everything it said it was. We had an amazing stay here. The house worked out perfectly for us - my fiance and I were on the bottom level with our 17 year old nephew on the top level and the kitchen/dining/living room between the two levels. A bathroom on every floor so everyone had their own space. Beautiful property that had everything we needed available. AC on each level. I loved this house and the setup. The screened in porch on the bottom level was a great place to hangout overlooking the marsh with peaceful bird sounds. Lots of parking available and on a very quiet street. I would highly recommend booking this place. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! 5 stars all around!!!

Great location. Beautiful view of the marsh which we enjoyed from the second story deck everyday. Great yard for kids to play. High end appliances and new and clean overall. Wonderful place to vacation.
