Very cosy and comfortable.

The appartment is super well located, new, clean and confortable. Massimo was amazing. We had problems to land in Venezia due to a storm so we arrived like 3 hours later than expected and Massimo patiently waited for us until midnight to give us the keys and he even bought water and pizzas for us as at that time everything was closed already. He has also helped us preparing the trip with infos on how to get to the appartment and even a video from the boat stop to the appartment. The area is quiet and super close to all the greatest restaurants and must visits. I highly reccomend it.
