Everything about this place was great. Very clean, functional, well-equipped room. The host was exceptionally kind, friendly and attentive. Location is very good, you can reach a beach or city center just in 5-10 minutes. Great value for money. Highly recommended

The host was super friendly .We liked Albert very much . He was so helpful and I really appreciated that we kept in touch a couple of days before the arrival and also after we left . He even bought for us a champagne bottle ❤️. Also, the property was super close to the beach and the city center and you could also find a bus station right in front of the house
Everything was perfect

I had a wonderful stay in Larnaca! The place was absolutely lovely, clean, quiet, and in a perfect location. It’s close to pretty much everything you need, and you can easily walk to most places without having to take any transportation.
The airport is also only around 20 minutes away by bus, which was very convenient. Overall, the location was perfect for exploring Larnaca, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Room was clean, good location with convenient parking.
I do not find it very professional to ask for a 10/10 review so many times, also after checkout on Whatsapp.
The host is nice, but it was not convenient having to make an appointment for both check-in and check-out, as they require a 50 euro cash deposit and there is no reception.
Smell in the room was a bit musty.
