Great location, easy to deal with and comfortable rooms. Well stocked kitchen.
Wipe clean sofas, and only one bathroom with a small shower.

Very convenient location spotlessly clean plenty of towels, only saw the handyman who was extremely pleasant and spoke to a person on the phone who was lovely. Plenty of glasses ,we really only used it for sleeping, didn't cookwe ate out plenty of restaurants nearby..
Nothing to dislike really, there was a bit of noise from the road.

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the Philharmonic Hall, and within half an hour of the Albert Dock.
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The check-in instructions were clear and arrived in plenty of time.
We didn't have any problems at all.

Location was good, apartment was for the most part clean (floors, beds, worktops etc). Recently decorated, looked nice.
Glasses were dirty, there was no tea towel for drying dishes, no dressing tables in the bedrooms for getting ready, sofa was really hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The bath around the taps and corners could do with a good clean to remove the mould and mildew. Although there was tea, coffee and sugar in the tins, there was no milk provided for a cuppa!
