We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment! The location is excellent, and October is such a beautiful time to visit with no crowds, just sunshine, the sea, peace and the lovely sounds of the waves and birds. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful balcony where we spent most of our time, enjoying the view and the peaceful atmosphere. We loved it so much that we didn’t even need to use our car. We explored everything on foot, enjoyed lovely walks by the sea and discovered some fantastic restaurants nearby. What made our stay even more special were our hosts. They are such warm, kind and positive people who make you feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive. Everything was just perfect for us, and we left with so many beautiful memories. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Marija apartment. First of all - the view is just amazing. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony with a cup of coffe or sunsets with a glass of vine. By the way, supermarket "Idea" and "Voli" are not so far away, so one can buy some fresh vegetables and other products. Kitchen was good stuffed (even with Espressomaschine and sandwich maker). We were there in the middle of October so warm blankets and electric heater were a pleasant touch for extremely comfortable stay. Very comfy beds and stylish furniture in general. The building itself looks exactly like in photos, beautiful and green. It's really 1 min to the beach with a nice access to the water.

It's not a big issue, but some tipps for other guests: Please keep in mind, that the weather in October can be unpredictable sometimes. What we noticed was that our part of the beach was really windy most of the time, but if you go 5 min direction "Ponta" there are a couple of beaches (for example "Ponta plaza" or "Beach 5C") where there was no wind at all. There was just one problem with the apartment (with wifi, it was broken for 2-3 days due to some technical issues from the internet provider), but the host did everything to fix it. In general, host was really helpful and responsive, answered all the questions, helped with transfer, offered an earlier check-in. The host was helpful but not intrusive, so we felt safe and cosy just like in our own apartment (with benefits like fresh clean towels). Thank you very much! Hvala puno!

Sanja is a wonderful woman and the kindest host! We felt incredibly welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We received fresh clean towels every day, which made us feel like we were staying in a hotel. The location was perfect, and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. The view, nature, local restaurants

- Nobody was at the property although arrived in the afternoon. I had to wait around 15 minutes after I found a way to call them. Other customers tried to assist me without success. - There were no rubbish boxes inside the apartment and toilet. Collected myself. - The apartment was old fashined and seemed to me that no maintenance done for years. Rust observed at many spots. - Some safety problems if you do not follow the stairs. - Property Owners asked me to pay at 3rd day via booking claiming that I had to pay while check-in. No one was there to request the money during check-in and after they wrote this, we fixed a time to meet for me to pay, however they did not appear. - Property Owners then asked me to pay in cash, I said ok, however requested some signed paper that I paid it/they received it, they said I am the only customer who asked this and blamed me somehow. - Room door handle was free, fallling down itself. - No drinking water, water heater, no shampoo. - Not enough curtains at bed room, you wake up with sun. And so on..
