1. Fantastic location with a great view. 2. The staff were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Some reviewers mentioned that there are a lot of steps to reach the hotel, and that’s true. However, this is also the case with other hotels in similar locations overlooking the caldera. On the plus side, the staff are really helpful with suitcases and welcoming. 3. Good value of money. The reviewers’ comments are fair—the facilities are outdated, there are stains on the shower walls, and there’s no coffee machine in the room, among other things. However, Kratiras is cheaper than other hotels in similar locations with caldera views. Overall, hotels in Grace tend to be overpriced and overrated anyway.

There can also be an unpleasant smell from donkey droppings along the nearby path. As the hotel is close to the trail leading to the summit, you may occasionally notice the smell, even though the public path is cleaned daily.

Views were amazing. Staff very polite and helpful. Food and drink were lovely.

Toilets were a bit uncomfortable - ceiling is smaller and mirror was really low- couldn’t see myself in the mirror and I’m average tall 😅 Breakfast was too late and served too slow, which made us lose quite some time in the mornings

Absolute ripp off the restaurant which believe part of hotel as name name. An old man is the biggest crook. Killing the good location and kindness of everybody else.

Wouldnt tepresent them if i were you. Lost trust in booking.com after this. This guy is the reapsn people stop trysting holidays.
