We had an awesome stay. Clean nice condo

Clean and cozy. Great location and quick walk on the boardwalk to the beach

We visited the end of April. This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Great location. Would stay here again if we have the opportunity. Owner was great to work with and answered any questions promptly.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were somewhat disappointed with the condo itself. We had issues with the air conditioning (resolved same day) and several appliances(coffee maker replaced, hair dryer never replaced). The condo had beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for our use, however, they were in extremely poor condition (rusty and umbrella broken). Property was very nice with a great pool and wonderful access to the beach. While the appearance of the condo looks exactly like the pictures, the condition of the sofa and tattered rugs need to be replaced. Overall, this was a disappointment for us.
