Holiday Inn - Villingen - Schwenningen by IHG

The rooms are clean, they are cleaning room day by day, the location is good.

the co workers doesn’t know english much, The bar seems open 24 hours but you can not see anything after 22 o clock. They tooking money for parking, and it’s to much 6.5€ per day. I am seeing this first in my life. I ordered some items for amazon and if you don’t ask they don’t let you know.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is always friendly and supportive. 0-24 front desk, Gym, Sauna. I booked this Hotel at least 10 or 15 times. Most probably this is the best hotel in villingen-schwenningen.

Two thing to improve. Without the need for perfection. - Regarding the breakfast: rid of that terrible industrial scrambled eggs, make a proper one. More freash salad/vegetables would be great. I beleieve the fresh orange juice (made by the guests by their own) was one of the USPs of this hotel, it was a mistake to remove. - The infra Sauna is out of operation since about two years. One of the equipment at the gym was broken since half year. The shower area at the sauna is greasy, and its cleanliness doesn’t meet the standards of this hotel (not only this time).

Conveniently located, rooms in the new wing are very well appointed with comfortable bed. Good varied breakfast.

Dinner didn’t have as good selection as breakfast

Location and cleanliness

Windows blinds were inadequate. Street light was coming in the room throughout the night. Breakfast was poorly managed, as guests needed to wait for minutes to get the breads.
