It is formally called a B&B but it is basically a studio well kept amd very comfortable. It doesn't seem you are staying an hotel, but that you are living in Brussels

I always stay at De Mot whenever I travel to Brussels for work, the location is really convenient, free parking in the street and a lovely simple breakfast. The room is tiny, but clean and equipped, perfect for a couple of nights' stay. I absolutely recommend :)
Maybe breakfast could also offer eggs, or a way to quickly cook them ;) I think it's the only thing missing!

Comfortable and clean room in a nice apartment with own bathroom. Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. Lovely place for my short stay in Brussels.

Good Location next to all institutions. Easy access at all times.
Was very cold in the room, despite me juggling in the night with the heater.
Small staircase to get to the 2nd floor,
Very loud, could hear my neighbour going to the toilet
